We  offer a bespoke service to support clients within their own homes and in the community. Our aim is to ensure our clients can take full advantage of the opportunities they have, open new doors for themselves and have access to society.

We support our customers in all walks of life: attending appointments (medical or otherwise), enabling employment searches, increase socialisation, general support in their day to day lives, improving their experiences & choices and developing skills.

We have a fabulous and varied team of support workers, both Deaf and hearing, providing high quality and effective support for Deaf and Deafblind people.

Supporting Professionals and Carers

Sometimes carers or professionals can find themselves struggling with situations they may not always be prepared for due to a client's disability or communication obstacles. We can support you and your team to improve skills and further knowledge.

Do you need assistance with any of the following?

  • Advice on reasonable adjustments
  • Help with an Access to Work application, if you are either an employer or employee
  • Assistance in understanding and filling in forms of any kind
  • Making a telephone call
  • Help with CV writing and job applications
  • Managing your personal budget or direct payment
  • Recruiting a personal assistant

Our aim is to support you by offering practical help or simply giving advice and guidance. You may need actual help filling in a form, making contact with someone or maybe you just need to be signposted as to where you need to go for the right assistance.

Whatever the situation, helping to achieve a successful outcome for you is our objective.

We could go on and on with a list of areas where you may need advice or guidance. Is there something we can help you with that we haven't mentioned above? If so, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to assist you in whatever you need in any way we can.
